International Folk Dance Examination Forms

Please note the deadlines:

On Form "A" the deadline is twelve weeks prior to a requested examination date.

On Form "B" the deadline is three weeks prior to a requested examination date. This is to allow sufficient time for examination papers to be mailed back to the Member Teacher in question.

Please note that Form "C" is to accompany Form "B" and arrive in the office three weeks prior to a requested examination date. Should you decide to fax Form "C", please be sure that you either fax or mail it, not both, to avoid duplicate papers being mailed out.

Please note that the last two documents are Rules to assist in the smooth and speedy running of student examinations.
